Tono, one of the founders of Cysae, specialises in IP and in advising technology-based and financial projects (fintech). His work includes the legal validation of different digital tools (SaaS, App, etc.) and knowledge of financial regulation. In addition, at Cysae we like everything related to technology law, which is why Tono has also worked on a large number of GDPR compliance projects.
Gonzalo is a founding partner of CYSAE. He heads the Fintech and Corporate areas, having several years of experience in the field of information technology, blockchain, cybersecurity and financial and banking regulatory matters.
He is also a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at the International University of Valencia, as well as at the Business School of ISDE and EAE.

Alberto L. Esteban Olarte
PhD in Legal Sciences from the University of Bologna and the University of Granada. Specialist in new technologies and, in particular, in the “crypto ecosystem”, actively participating in the consultancy and development of projects since 2018.
Javier Sillero Lobelos
Javier Sillero Lobelos graduated in Law from the Antonio de Nebrija University. He specialises in the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, with a special focus on the technology sector, digital assets and tokenisation.
Ramiro Abad González
Law graduate from Loyola University, in 22/23 he studied a Master’s degree in Legal Tech at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. Specialised in the field of digital and AI law, as well as blockchain law.
