According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR“) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as “OLDPDRG“) by accepting this Privacy Policy, the web user (hereinafter referred to as “User“) GIVES HIS informed, express, free, AND unambiguous CONSENT to process the personal data collected through the website https://cysae.com (hereinafter referred to as “website“) either through forms provided for this purpose or through information collected by cookies. The User also consents to CYSAE processing these data to provide its services, applying the organizational and security measures required by the GDPR. All personal data requested from the User on the Website are mandatory, and it is not possible to provide each of the services without the corresponding data processing by CYSAE. However, browsing the Website is free and unrestricted. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to CYSAE are true and accurate. Therefore, CYSAE will not be liable for any issues arising from the inaccuracy or falsehood of the information provided by Users, except for the User’s right to rectify such information. If the User provides data of third parties, as a data controller or processor, they will be responsible for complying with all applicable data protection regulations. Furthermore, the User guarantees that they have obtained all legally necessary consents, authorizations, and/or approvals before including personal data of third parties on the Website.

USER'S DATA

The User guarantees that the provided data are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from not fulfilling this obligation, beyond the User’s ability to exercise their right to rectification. In the event that the provided data belong to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained their authorization to provide their data to the controller for the purposes previously indicated. CYSAE cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its systems; therefore, it assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from alterations that third parties may cause in computer systems, electronic documents, or files.

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services, all personal data obtained through cookies during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

In accordance with the GDPR, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, data portability, and restriction of processing directly with CYSAE. To facilitate the exercise of these rights, you can access the following online form for exercising rights. Your request will be processed within a maximum period of one (1) month from the receipt of the form. The User can also exercise their rights by filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The User ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS HAVING READ AND UNDERSTOOD this Privacy Policy, whose content constitutes the entire agreement between the User and CYSAE regarding the use and processing of their personal information.
